  • My forte is in drawing chibi characters & cute style.
    Please consider my art style before requesting for a commission.

  • Customization includes: hair, skin colour, eye colour, cat ears colour (matches your hair colour), box logo toggle (mikan/ringo, or you provide your logo).

Terms & Conditions

  General

  • I assume you have read through and accept the terms below when you request a commission.

  • Completion time for commissions can take between 2 weeks - 4 months (unless otherwise stated for specific commission types), depending on factors such as health, other work and complexity of the commissioned piece. In case of any delays, you will be notified.
    I do not accept rush orders.

  • I have the right to reject any requests for any reason.

  • Pricing listed are the base prices. It could be more based on complexity.

  • I do not consent to any of my work to being used in NFT and AI related projects.

  Payment & Refunds

  • Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront, or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.

  • Please do not send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.

  • You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment has not been made yet.

  • You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 4 months after ordering.

  • The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).

  Process

  1. Send me a DM on Twitter or Ko-fi, or an email regarding your commission inquiry. Please include clear reference images and/or with written description.

  2. Once we've agreed on the price, make your payment through either of the following options:
      - Ko-fi donation
      - Stripe/Paypal invoice
      - Wise transfer
      - Local bank transfer (Malaysia)

  3. The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

  4. At the sketch phase: I will send you a sketch or multiples to choose and approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase.

  5. You get maximum of 2 rounds of revisions if it is after the sketch phase.
    Any additional corrections will require an additional charge, unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made.

  6. Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start drawing the lineart.

  7. Should you wish for me to change something in the final piece or any previously completed pieces, I will charge depending on the changes you want me to make, and based on an hourly wage.

  8. You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. Note that there is no physical product as all illustrations are digital.

  Copyright & Usage: the artist (i)

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are yours, etc.)

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as artbooks.

  Client Usage: (You)

  • The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied nor used in any way that could bring income, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Additional charges may apply for commercial usage that you and I have discussed and agreed on.

  • You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party unless I consent. Approval is on a case-by-case basis.

  • You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

  • You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself.

  • You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).
